General Information
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless it is in regards to an active order or you have given us your consent, by for example enrolling in our mailing list.
The type of information we may collect and store may include:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold is for the use of Obviously Odd and will not be given or sold to any third party. You can check the information that we hold about you by request, an administration fee may be charged. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

Technologies may be employed on any website belonging to Obviously Odd to record data for market research and development patterns. This information is limited to that which your software naturally provides, no attempt will be made to obtain sensitive information without your consent or knowledge.
E-mail
Any E-mail communications with Obviously Odd are treated in strict confidence and the information contained will not be divulged or forwarded to any person or persons outside Obviously Odd, unless it is strictly required to fulfill an order.
Orders
We never pass on any information regarding what you may have ordered to any third party. Information relating to custom orders may be used as promotional examples on our website or other literature, however identities of clients are kept confidential unless permission has been given. You should specifically request when discussing an order if you do not wish it to be used for our own promotional purposes.
